RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange ONLY. Online order can be canceled with-in 48 hours of placement. A refund will be processed with in 2-3 buisness days. A 4% restocking/ payment processing fee will apply to all online order refunds. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or contact (773) 780 - 8567 for return authorization. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address: Stockpile Inc. Attn: ReturnsRMA # 450 S Spruce St. Unit H Manteno, IL 60950 United States Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping and or delivery charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange an exchange or refund if no replacement is available.
- Items must be unused. Any item that has been installed can not be returned. Any item that is not in it's original packaging can only be returned with the authorization of a Stockpile associate for a partial store credit.
- All items must include all original hardware and or components.
